Gracias por tu respuesta, pero al fin lo solucione cambiando la configuracion de passwor del usuario en AD marcando:
El usuario no puede cambiar la contraseña al iniciar una sesión de nuevo.
La contraseña nunca caducara
Sin embargo me muestra el siguiente error:

Hola la cosa avanza, ya he logrado la base de datos y acceder a la instalación del phpBB3, pero tengo un problema cuando instalo todo, dice que hay que borrar el archivo install o renombrar, y lo he hecho pero se me queda inutilizado el foro.

Decompress the phpBB3 archive to a local directory on your system.
Upload all the files contained in this archive (retaining the directory structure) to a web accessible directory on your server or hosting account.
Change the permissions on config.php to be writable by all (666 or -rw-rw-rw- within your FTP Client)
Change the permissions on the following directories to be writable by all (777 or -rwxrwxrwx within your FTP Client):
store/, cache/, files/ and images/avatars/upload/.
Using your web browser visit the location you placed phpBB3 with the addition of install/index.php or pointing directly to install/, e.g. www.mydomain.com/phpBB3/install/, www.mydomain.com/forum/install/ etc.

Hola, quise instalar en mi pc pero nada tengo el mismo problema de felipin
tambien me aparece error en: Fatal: session.save_path is not set de la seccion Check for Requirements .
y en la seccion de Check for Directory and File Permissions tengo los siguietns errores:
/files writable? World Writable
./files/temp writable? World Writable
./locales/en writable? World Writable
porfa man ayudame k toy loco buscando las respuestas para poder instalarlo.
